Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To know the concept of antioxidant, preparations containing antioxidants and their effects. To have information about the general properties and effects of vitamins.
Course Objective: To recognize antioxidant and vitamin preparations and to use them in accordance with their effects.
Mode of Delivery: Face to face

  1) Gains knowledge about antioxidants and vitamins.
  2) Gains knowledge about antioxidant foods and increasing antioxidant capacity.
  3) Gains knowledge about the sources of vitamins and their effects on the body.

  1) It enables to recognize the preparations containing antioxidants and to use them in the right place.
  2) Recognizes the preparations containing vitamins and learns to use them when necessary.

  1) To be able to recognize foods and preparations in terms of antioxidant and vitamin capacity and use them in appropriate situations.

10) Synthesis of vitamin E, its physiological effects, diseases related to its deficiency and examination of related preparations.
11) Synthesis of vitamin K, its physiological effects, diseases related to its deficiency and examination of related preparations.
12) Synthesis of B vitamins, physiological effects, diseases related to deficiency and examination of related preparations
