Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The emergence of interpersonal communication skills for the transformation of successful individuals in personal and professional life is the main structure through which healthcare professionals and patients will expand and spread correctly.
Course Objective: To understand how to communicate correctly with the patient. To understand how to deal with a difficult patient. To understand the empathic approach.
