Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To define the metabolic relationship between cancer and macro - micronutrients and various dietary components, to teach the basic issues related to the subject theoretically.
Course Objective: Cancer, cancer formation, effects of food, nutrients and dietary components on cancer formation and process, food carcinogens, nutrition support products used in cancer patients
Mode of Delivery: Face to face

  1) Define cancer and cancer-related concepts, have knowledge about the mechanisms of cancer formation.
  2) Knows the functions and possible mechanisms of nutrients, nutrients and dietary components that are effective in cancer formation and during cancer

  1) Explain the genetic and environmental factors that are effective in cancer formation.
  2) Learn nutrition-related metabolic disorders that occur as a result of cancer.

  1) Scans and evaluates current publications related to the subject.
