Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to examine creativity, barriers to creativity and creative problem solving processes in the workplace context.
Course Objective: "To develop students' knowledge of creativity
To enable the discovery of individual creativity levels
Demonstrate how creativity works at group and organizational levels
To teach how to develop creativity, barriers to creativity and creative problem solving techniques.
