Course Objectives: | This is to introduce the knowledge, attitude and training necessary to be a supporter of effective teams by examining the target groups of goals and teamwork, and information about the basic teams such as the preferences, motivation, group cohesion and group roles of the teams. In addition, it is aimed to gain the ability to form teams and evaluate teams. |
