Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The objective of this course is to teach the fundamental principles of nutrition and to help students understand the functions of nutrients in the human body and their effects on health. Students are expected to gain foundational knowledge in nutrition, learn to design a balanced diet plan, and develop awareness to improve community nutrition health.
Course Objective: To provide knowledge on the functions of foods, the impact of nutrients on metabolism, and the basic principles for creating a daily diet. Students will develop the ability to offer balanced dietary recommendations, considering the effects of nutrition on health.
