Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: In this course; the functioning of the human body, the systems that make up the body, body weight, metabolic rate, recognition of our body, and gaining the ability to take care of the body with various methods are aimed.
Course Objective: By knowing the body, she will know the care she needs, she will be able to apply the care of cellulite, cracked and sagging skin.
