Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To explain the change in peer relationships, aggression and bullying during childhood and adolescence.
Course Objective: This course includes peer relationships in childhood and adolescence, aggression and peer bullying as a dimension of aggression, the history of peer bullying research, bullying status and characteristics of children or adolescents involved in bullying, cyberbullying as a new type of bullying, involvement in bullying in children and adolescents. It includes examining and scrutinizing issues such as short and long-term effects on individuals, classroom and school level prevention and intervention methods.
