Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Comprehends the requirements of knowing the characteristics and mental states of hospitalized children and accustoming them to hospital life.
Course Objective: Knows the characteristics and mental states of hospitalized children. He knows how to prepare children for hospital life and to guide families. Knows child-family-health personnel interaction, studies that can be done for children in the hospital. To gain competencies related to the education of sick children.

  1) Knows the developmental characteristics of children aged 0-18 who receive inpatient or outpatient treatment.
  2) Explain the problems faced by children staying in the hospital

  1) Interprets the mental states of hospitalized children.
  2) It offers advice to families on supporting the development, education and treatment of their sick children.

  1) Plans methods to prepare sick children for hospital life.
  2) Suggests solutions to the problems encountered in sick children.
