Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To know the importance of early diagnosis and diagnostic methods in children. To understand the importance of assessment methods necessary to understand the developmental characteristics of children. Knowing the assessment methods, making an assessment with an analytical and evidence-based perspective to reveal the educational and developmental basic needs
Course Objective: To know the importance of diagnosis and evaluation methods in child development. To know the standard/formal evaluation methods. To know the standard/informal assessment methods. To know alternative evaluation methods. To be able to choose assessment methods suitable for the environment and developmental level, to be able to apply and evaluate the selected assessment methods.
