Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives:	Asepsi-antisepsi, sterilizasyon ünitesinin özellikleri, dezenfeksiyon, sterilizatörler, malzeme yıkama ve hazırlama üniteleri, sterilizasyonda güvenlik testleri ve dökümantasyon, setlerin kodlanması ve dökümantasyonu, Cerrahi (metal) malzemenin hazırlanması ve sterilizasyonu, plastik malzemenin sterilizasyonu, steril malzemenin paketlenmesi-depolanması ve korunması.
Course Objective:	Ders içeriği Sterilizasyon ve dezenfeksiyon kavramlarına giriş ve ilişkili tanımların verilmesi Spaulding sınıflandırılmasının anlatımı Sterilizasyon yöntemleri, uygulanmaları, avantaj ve dezavantajlarının tanımlanmaları Sterilizasyonun kontrolünün önemi ve hangi yöntemlerle yapıldığının verilmesi Dezenfeksiyon yöntemlerinin anlatımı Aktif bileşenlerine ve etkinliklerine göre dezenfektanların tanımı Dezenfeksiyon uygulamaları Antisepsi tanımı ve antisepsi uygulamaları

1) 1. Knows the international standards on disinfection, antisepsis and sterilization. 2. Materials used in sterilization and disinfection processes and applied knows the methods 3. Removing the contaminated materials from the area of use during use transport, washing, packaging, sterilization and reuse. applies the steps of preserving and storing sterility.
