Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To develop the skills of strategic management, strategic thinking and strategic planning in international trade.
Course Objective: To provide operation analysis and management, decision theory and forecasting methods, operational processes, capacity, workforce, inventory planning, use of decision support package programs in applications.
