Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: In social personal work consultancy and support services carried out at micro – mezzo – macro level; It is aimed to bring "individual-oriented injunctions, the legal framework used in the operation of inter-institutional remittance systems, and a holistic view of social policies".
Course Objective: It is aimed to teach the literature knowledge and usage areas of social work legislation.

  1) In the social work consultancy process carried out with disadvantaged groups; it covers the practice of implementing legislation regarding the cases for which injunction orders are requested. Students; to enable them to use their knowledge of legislation in social work interventions.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) To provide students with the ability to request measures regarding the legal provisions in the counseling process and case formulation applied in social work interventions.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) Considers the relevant legislation in social work intervention.
