  1) Has knowledge about the educator role of midwives. Utilizes the theoretical and practical knowledge gained about the educator role of midwives in providing education to patients. Conveys their knowledge, skills, and thoughts about the educator role of midwives to colleagues both in writing and orally.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) It analyzes effective teaching strategies in midwifery education and discusses how they can be integrated into the implementation process.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) It evaluates the learning processes of midwifery students, analyzes the effectiveness of teaching methods, and identifies areas for improvement.
  2) It explores innovative and creative teaching techniques in midwifery education and applies these techniques to the teaching process.
  3) It establishes effective communication with midwifery students and fosters collaboration skills by encouraging group work in the teaching process.
  4) It guides students in the clinical environment, puts teaching skills into practice, and provides feedback to students on clinical skills.
