Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Its goal is to learn about the social aspects that influence health and disease, as well as to provide health care that consider social and cultural elements.
Course Objective: To be able to explain the social determinants of health, how the concepts of health-disease are socially constructed and the effects of social structure on health and disease.
