Course Objectives: | To know the importance of antenatal care, the physiology of normal pregnancy and the process of coping with the problems that occur due to changes in pregnancy. |
Course Objective: | To know anatomy and physiology of female and male reproductive organs, growth and development of embryo/fetus. To comprehend the physiological, psychological and metabolic changes seen in pregnancy. To provide training and consultancy services for these changes in pregnancy. To comprehend the purpose of prenatal care and the roles of the midwife in this process. Gaining the knowledge and skills that will improve maternal and child health through prenatal care services in line with the data in our country. |
