Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to give basic information about scientific research method, research and presentation techniques that students can use in their research processes.
Course Objective: To describe the basic information about scientific research method, research and presentation techniques; to gain knowledge and skills about basic concepts, research problem, research model, literature review, data analysis, reporting and presentation of research in the research process.

  1) Understands the scientific research process, explains the basic concepts of scientific research methods and the basis of scientific approach, knows research and presentation techniques, comprehends the issue of ethics in scientific research.

  1) Plans the research process, reviews the literature, prepares the research report and designs it as a presentation.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) Shows responsibility and care by following the general rules and ethical principles regarding scientific research and presentation techniques.
