Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To show students the features and operating rules of the Turkish language with examples,
To provide students with the ability and habit of expressing their feelings, thoughts, designs, impressions, observations and experiences accurately and effectively in words and writing,
To improve student's vocabulary through written and oral texts, to teach them the rules for correctly understanding the texts they read or the programs they listen to, to develop their language skills, which are the basis of communication between individuals and masses,
In addition, to improve student's skills in writing academic texts and discussing these texts by ensuring that they understand what academic language and writing are.
Course Objective: To be able to express themselves in written and oral form in the Turkish language,
Being able to prepare academic texts,
To be able to understand the differences between texts and to discuss them.
